It is a synergistic blend of polymer and poly glycol based defoamer specially designed for arresting foam in the evaporators. Effectiveness of the product is exhibited through instant defoaming capability by which process related problems are minimized and the efficiency ofthe process is improved. It does not interfere in the process and acts on the physical characteristics of process fluids. In turn It reduces surface tension of fluids and minimizes the foaming properties. It is effective at all pH levels due to its inbuilt specific ingredients. It can work on complex situations where in the foaming problems are there due to high suspended solids and high organic contamination loads.
DIRECTIONS FOR USE It is completely dispersible in water. It should be fed directly after dilution by making 10% solution with water. For dilution add water to It but not vise-versa. Apply diluted product by aspersion or by dosing pump in problem area. Our product engineer will be glad to assist you in recommending the exact dosage and the dosing point. PACKING, STORAGE & HANDLING Packing Size 50/200 Kg, Keep the carboys closed and away from direct heat and sunlight. The product should not be swallowed and prolonged contact with skin should be avoided. . Use hand gloves, goggles, and safety gadgets while handling the chemical. Avoid contact with eyes & skin. In case of eye contact, flush with plenty of water and get immediate medical attention.
